Chris Isidore from CNNMoney.com reported in June that GM may be planning a plugin. GM was cast as the main villian in "Who Killed the Electric Car?" The movie is going into wide release by the end of this month. While this may be simply PR posturing in response to the movie, we can cast our vote by buying tickets to the movie.
